Let us explain.....The home is on a quiet location behind a gate.

There is one residence that shares the large grounds that is used as a 2nd home. However, you are welcome to enjoy the entire front yard, lounge chairs, hammock, launch and dock.

There is also a shady lakeside sitting area at the game room building for reading and picnicking.

At the home there is a patio with chairs and a charcoal grill.

Inside the 2 bedroom cottage you will find a large living, dining and kitchen area with satellite TV.

The Large Master with king bedroom is beautifully decorated and located on the main level of the home. Full bath with shower and washer /dryer are conveniently located on the main level as well. There is a large bedroom upstairs with king bed, twin bed, TV and deck. There are 2 DVD players.

This home is lakefront but your best views are from the grounds, game room and upstairs deck due to the positioning of the home.

The Dock has shared slip space for a larger boat. But, there is also space for jet skis or another boat 16 feet or less. There is AC at the dock.

The launch is concrete and onsite for your boat or a easy way to get in the water to float or swim.

This home is located on the same street as 7th Heaven and both houses are in walking distance to each other.

Whether you are part of a big party staying in the above homes or just a small family here to enjoy your Douglas Lake Vacation in the Smoky Mountains, Blue Water Cove is a great choice.
