Lazy Lake is really for anyone who wants the
"lazy" way to the lake. There is a newly installed tram system
that takes you from the deck to the lake and back. What used to
be a work out for the legs and heart is now a fun and convenient
ride to the water or back up to the house. This system is very
rare and very costly to install but you will find that it will
make Lazy Lake so much more inviting.
With New Owners, a New Deck, New Hot Tub, and New Decor in late
2008, this home will be one of our most requested rentals.
Already, everyone who steps inside is amazed at the
transformation.
Lazy Lake sleeps 7. It has a full kitchen with bar. A richly
appointed queen bed room on the main level has a full bath. The
living area has great views of the lake and mountains with a
wood fireplace, flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. Upstairs you
will find a very comfortable full futon and twin bed in the loft
bedroom. The loft also has its own TV as well....so kids bring
the game consoles!
Located just minutes from I-40, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and
Sevierville, Lazy Lake Chalet is on its own private, secluded
lot with private dock. This perfect lake retreat is on the North
shore of Douglas Lake in a deep, year round water cove near
Point 5. Dandridge Point and Lighthouse Pointe Marinas are near
to this home. There are several public launches to use as well.
There is a huge deck for outdoor living with patio furniture,
grill area, and hot tub all overlooking the great views yet the
deck is completely secluded. This home is one of the most
private we offer with no one to the near left or right. You will
feel completely by yourself except for the occasional boat
passing by!
This Chalet offers 2 vacations in one with lake front
accommodations and it is only about 30 minutes from action
packed Pigeon Forge. Just a few minutes more to The Great Smoky
Mountains National Park. Bass Pro Shops is also nearby as well
as is many great restaurants in and around historic Dandridge

"This lake house could not have been a better choice for
us. I would like very much for you to convey to the owners our thanks in
providing an excellent place for us to enjoy our time together, as we
don't get too many opportunities to do so. The tram is an absolute must,
and the hot tub was great. Actually, not one of us could give a valid
complaint about our stay. We will definitely come back!"
