LAKEFRONT RESORT is a unique property that is located on a 6 acre point on Douglas Lake with 3 separate homes each with their own dock. This property lacks for nothing. First you enter through a gate to give our guests who rent the entire property complete privacy. Here you will find the large unit called LAKEFRONT LODGE. On the opposite end of the property to your left and at water’s edge is LAKEFRONT CHALET, a private 3 bedroom home that can be rented separately once LAKEFRONT LODGE is booked by itself. LAKEFRONT BUNGALOW is available to add to the LODGE OR THE CHALET where allowed.

However, this entire property is best rented as a single property to large parties of up to 31. There is space for additional guests which include a 5th wheel camper onsite that can be rented separately for an additional fee as well. Plenty of room for tents too.

Additionally, this home is next door to Fishing Cove Cottage that sleeps 10, Lakefront Villa that sleeps 10 and down the street from 7th Heaven that sleeps 6. That’s a minimum of 57 guests that can be accommodated when combined with this property. Weddings have been held here. Groups are welcome here. Family re-unions would find this the perfect lakeside retreat.

The Grounds

We did mention this property is gated? Ok, so we know that when you rent all three homes together you will have lots of privacy on the wooded, gentle sloping tract with hundreds and hundreds of feet of lake frontage. There is plenty of room for parking extra cars and trailers on property.

For fun, there is a horse shoe pit. And you might want to bring your volley ball or bad mitten set for more play outside. The Huge fire pit for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs is right down at the lake and will make for great fellowship time with friends and family!

There is a private launch on property. Each home has its own private dock. For gathering at the lake’s edge there is a Gazebo for all day relaxing. Gazebo has grill, AC power, fish cleaning station, frig, stereo and more. Carport at private launch with room for 2 trailers or boats. You can drive all your gear right to the 1002 line (high water mark when lake is up all the way).

This property is located on a large cove just off of Point 7 at the mouth of Muddy Creek and the Main Channel of Douglas Lake. The closest marina is Dandridge Point at the 92 bridge in Dandridge.
