Located on the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg side of
the lake on the section known as Flat Creek. By boat you are
moments away from Dandridge Point Marina, however, by car you
are just 3 minutes away from Gator Point Marina. If you chose
not to use the neighborhood launch, located very close to the
home, you may use the launch at Gator Point Marina free of
charge as well.
This chalet type home sleeps 6 and has 2 and half baths. There
is an electric fireplace in the great room that can be used
all summer long. There is an ample kitchen with bar. 1/2 bath
is located on the main level. Enjoy the hot tub on the large
covered deck.
The master suite is large with huge windows to bring in the
great lake views and sunsets. It has a full bath and TV as
well.
The downstairs has a bedroom and bath along with a game room
with pool table and game table. There is also a nice patio to
enjoy the lake views.
Ivey Cove has a gradual walk to the water. There is a private
dock for your boat or to swim and fish from.
This home is a great value for parties up to six. Less than 30
minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.
Other homes available near by would be Pleasure Point and
Simpler Times.
